The studio

Built for brands with something to say.

We work across strategy, content, social, brand and live experiences — because presence isn't built in one channel. It's built when everything a business puts into the world starts saying the same thing.

Some studios post. Some agencies plan. NAVA does the work in between: deciding what a brand stands for, making the content that proves it, and putting it in front of the people who should already know your name.

  • Strategy that comes before the calendar.
  • Content made for the brand, not the algorithm.
  • Experiences that move a brand off the screen.

Annapolis Plastic Surgery

A practice whose reputation was already built in the operating room — and needed a brand presence that matched it everywhere else. NAVA supports the broader marketing ecosystem: social strategy, content, community engagement, campaigns and events.

Dental care is a decision people make with their gut. The work here focuses on a brand presence that feels current, human and worth trusting — carried through social, content and the wider digital ecosystem.

Disciplines

Six ways we build presence.

01Strategy+

Before a single post, we decide what the brand is claiming and who it's talking to. Everything downstream gets easier once that's settled.

  • Brand positioning
  • Marketing strategy
  • Content strategy
  • Campaign planning
  • Creative direction
02Social+

Channels run with intent — a voice that stays consistent, a feed that looks considered, and a community that gets answered.

  • Instagram
  • Facebook
  • LinkedIn
  • Community management
  • Social campaigns
  • Audience development
03Content+

Photography and video made on-brand and on-purpose, art-directed for the practice, the product and the people behind them.

  • Photography
  • Short-form video
  • Reels
  • Creative direction
  • Copywriting
  • Editorial content
04Brand+

Identity, language and systems that hold up across a waiting room, a website, an ad and a story frame.

  • Brand identity
  • Brand messaging
  • Creative direction
  • Campaign systems
  • Marketing collateral
05Experiences+

The part most agencies skip. Rooms, launches and moments where a brand is met in person and remembered afterward.

  • Events
  • Launches
  • Client experiences
  • Community activations
  • Influencer collaborations
06Digital+

How the brand behaves once someone is actually looking — the site, the landing page, the path to booking.

  • Website strategy
  • UX direction
  • Landing pages
  • Digital campaigns
  • Online brand experiences

Specialized where it matters

Healthcare is different.

Trust matters more. Reputation matters more. Education matters more. Your audience expects more — and notices immediately when marketing gets it wrong.

NAVA understands the difference: how to talk about procedures, outcomes and patient experience with taste, accuracy and restraint.

  • Plastic surgery
  • Aesthetics
  • Dentistry
  • Medical practices
  • Medspas
  • Beauty

And our expertise doesn't stop there

  • Professional services
  • Real estate
  • Hospitality
  • Retail
  • Local business
  • Entrepreneurs

Beyond the feed

Your brand doesn't live on Instagram.

People decide how they feel about a business somewhere other than the feed — in a room, at an opening, in a conversation with someone who was there.

NAVA plans and produces the moments where a brand shows up in person, then turns them into content that keeps working long after the night ends.

Philosophy

We don't
chase
trends.

We build brands that know who they are.

Strategy before posting.

Story before selling.

Presence before promotion.

From direction to presence

One point of view.
Every touchpoint.

A brand is experienced in pieces: a first impression, a conversation, a room, a screen. Those pieces should feel like they belong to the same business.

01

Find the point of view.

Start with what the business stands for, who it needs to reach, and what makes it worth choosing. Positioning gives the words, visuals and channel decisions a shared direction.Explore strategy

02

Give it a recognizable form.

Turn that direction into a visual language and a voice. Photography, film, copy and digital experiences should carry the same character, whether someone meets the brand in a feed or on a website.Explore content

03

Bring it into the world.

Connect the screen to the experience. Social, campaigns, events and community give a business different ways to be encountered — with a consistent point of view running through each one.Explore experiences

Vanessa A. Navarro, founder and creative strategist of NAVA Media House

The person behind the presence

Vanessa A. Navarro

Founder / Creative Strategist

Fifteen years in marketing and business development taught Vanessa something most agencies never learn: growth is a relationship problem before it's a content problem. You have to understand a business — its people, its patients, what it's actually selling — before you can help anyone else see it clearly.

Between Brussels and Baltimore, she built a career on that instinct, and a deep fluency in the industries where presentation and trust are inseparable: plastic surgery, aesthetics, dentistry, beauty. Those are rooms where marketing can't oversell, can't overclaim, and can't look cheap.

NAVA Media House came out of that — a studio built around aesthetics, strategy and genuine partnership, for owners who want their business to be perceived the way they've earned.

Brand & business

Why presence is a business decision before it is a marketing one, and what changes when a brand settles what it stands for.

Discovery

Let's build something.

Tell us where you're going. We'll help you figure out how to get there.

Seven short steps, then a review before you send. Only your name and email are required. Share as much context as you have.

Where should we start?

Tell us about the business, where it shows up today, and what you want to change. A website or social profile is helpful. You can share goals, a budget range and timing in the discovery form; “I'm not sure yet” is a valid starting point.

Is NAVA only for healthcare brands?

Healthcare, aesthetics, dentistry and beauty are areas of specialization. NAVA's capabilities also extend to businesses in hospitality, professional services, real estate, retail and beyond.

Does the work extend beyond social?

Yes. Strategy, brand identity, content, experiences and digital are part of the same creative practice. Social is one place a business shows up; its website, campaigns, events and customer-facing materials are part of that presence too.
